We provide custom implementation of AI chatbots and automation services. Because work begins immediately and deliverables are tailored, all sales are final. However, we want you happy and successful.

Eligibility for Consideration

If we fail to deliver the agreed core setup (as described in your proposal) within the specified timeline, you can request a refund review.
If there’s a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge), we’ll correct it.

How to Request

Email hello@apexyn.site with your order email, date, and reason. We’ll respond within 3 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. Timelines depend on your bank/processor.

Cancellations

For monthly retainers (if any), you can cancel any time; the current billing period remains active and non-refundable.
